1. Acceptance

By using govietnamglobal.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

These Terms form a legal contract between you ("Customer", "you") and Tâm Việt Korea ("TVK", "we", "us").

2. What the Service does

  • We help foreign travelers apply for Vietnam E-Visa through the official Vietnamese Immigration Department portal.
  • We are an application service, NOT the issuing authority. The Vietnamese government decides whether to approve your visa.
  • We provide:
  • Multi-language application interface (EN, ZH-CN, ZH-TW, HI, VI)
  • Document validation before submission
  • Submission to Vietnamese Immigration Department via our partner
  • E-visa delivery to your email
  • Customer support during processing

3. Eligibility & accuracy

You must: - Be 18 years or older (or legal guardian acting for minor) - Provide truthful, accurate, complete information - Hold a valid passport (≥6 months validity from arrival date) - Be a citizen of one of the 80+ eligible countries (verified during application)

Consequences of false info: - Application may be rejected by Vietnamese Immigration - We are not responsible for refunds in case of false information - May trigger investigation by Vietnamese authorities at port of entry

Customer can choose Single Entry (30 days) or Multiple Entry (90 days) — no price difference; turnaround tier is the only price differentiator.

Note: Fees include both TVK service fee AND Vietnamese government fee (~$25 stamp). We remit government portion to Vietnam Immigration Department.

VAT: 0% (Korean zero-rate export service — 영세율 — for foreign customers).

5. Payment

  • Accepted methods: PayPal (Visa/Mastercard/Amex globally — no PayPal account required), Toss Payments (Korean cards and bank accounts), WeChat Pay (Phase 2), bank transfer
  • Charges in USD
  • Payment is required before we submit application
  • Failed payments may delay processing

6. Processing time SLA

Business hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-22:00 GMT+7 (Vietnam time). Saturday 08:00-12:00. Closed Sunday + Vietnamese public holidays.

Force majeure: Government system outages, public holidays, exceptional events may extend processing. We notify via email when such events occur.

8. Customer obligations

You agree to: - Provide accurate information - Verify all visa details (name spelling, passport #, dates) before payment — corrections after submission may incur Vietnamese government re-issue fees - Print and carry your e-visa at port of entry - Comply with Vietnamese laws during your visit - NOT use the Service for fraudulent purposes - NOT attempt to compromise our systems (DDoS, scraping, credential stuffing)

9. Our liability

What we ARE responsible for

  • Operating the Service with reasonable care
  • Submitting your application accurately to Vietnamese Immigration
  • Processing payments securely (via PayPal and Toss Payments — PCI-DSS compliant)
  • Protecting your personal data per Privacy Policy
  • Refunding per Refund Policy

What we are NOT responsible for

  • Vietnamese government decisions (approval/rejection — outside our control)
  • Border inspection outcomes (Vietnamese border officers have final authority on entry)
  • Your travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc. — book separately)
  • Indirect/consequential damages (lost wages, missed flights due to government delays, etc.)
  • Force majeure events

Liability cap

Our maximum liability to you = the fees you paid us for the application in question.

10. Service availability

  • We aim for 99.5% uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance announced in advance via banner
  • Unplanned downtime: emergency notice via email if affecting active orders
  • Vietnamese Immigration system outages: outside our control

11. Intellectual property

  • govietnamglobal.com brand, logo, design, content = TVK property
  • You may NOT copy, redistribute, or build derivative services from our IP
  • Customer data submitted to us = customer property; we have license to process per Privacy Policy

12. Account security

For the Service, you don't create an account (orders use email-based identification).

If we add accounts later: - You're responsible for password confidentiality - Notify us immediately of unauthorized access - We may suspend accounts showing fraud signals

13. Termination

By you

You can stop using the Service anytime. Active orders proceed per refund policy.

By us

We may refuse or terminate service if: - You provide false information - You attempt fraud - You violate these Terms - Vietnamese government bans your case - Service no longer commercially viable (with 30-day notice + refunds for active orders)

14. Dispute resolution

Step 1: Contact us

First, email [email protected] — most issues resolved within 5 business days.

Step 2: Mediation

If unresolved, we both agree to attempt mediation before litigation.

Step 3: Jurisdiction

  • Korean customers: Korean courts (Seoul Central District Court)
  • EU customers: Korean courts (with EU consumer protections preserved per GDPR/Brussels Regulation)
  • Other: Korean courts unless local consumer protection laws specify otherwise
  • Governing law: South Korean law

Class action waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

15. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms
  • Material changes: 30-day email notice + banner on site
  • Continued use after notice = acceptance
  • Disagree with changes? You may cancel + receive refund for unprocessed orders

16. Severability

If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
