2. Service fee vs. government fee

The price you pay GoVietnamGlobal includes the government e-visa fee plus our service fee for handling, review, and support. The government portion is set by the Vietnamese authorities and is non-refundable once an application is submitted. See our Refund Policy for details.

We make every effort to keep visa rules, fees, processing times, destination and travel information on this site accurate and current. However, government policies change frequently and without notice. Information here is provided for general guidance only and may be out of date.
